MADE TO ORDER:

Trois Voeux takes a lot of care in hand making your ‘made to order’ garments. Each piece is created using beautiful quality fabrics and trims tailored to your size and therefore requests for refunds will not be processed.

READY TO WEAR:

Trois Voeux allows up to 14 days from your date of purchase to exchange your “Ready To Wear” item or be issued with a credit note. Please email support@troisvoeux.com.au and request an “EXCHANGE”. The garment must then be sent back to head office for quality control assessment. Trois Voeux is not responsible for any return postage costs.

The condition of the garments must be:

  • As new in original condition
  • Un-washed
  • Un-worn
  • Un-altered
  • Have all tags attached in their original position
  • Not dirty or heavily creased

Once the exchange has been approved, you will be emailed an exchange code which will be credited towards your next order.

Trois Voeux has the right to send back the garment and refuse an exchange if the garment doesn’t meet the standards of our return conditions.

FAULTY GOODS:

Each order is carefully checked over by our quality control specialists and are required to take photos of your order before being dispatched from our warehouse. If your item seems to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault or damaged in transit, please notify us immediately by emailing support@troisvoeux.com.au with photos and a description of the fault.

The garment must then be sent back to head office for quality control assessment. Trois Voeux is not responsible for any return postage costs unless the item has been approved as faulty.

Once your order has been approved as faulty, you will have the choice to either receive a Credit Note, Exchange or Refund. If you request an exchange or a credit note, you will be emailed an exchange or credit code which will be credited towards your next order.

Any thing that cannot be repaired or replaced, will be issued a refund using the original payment method and card used when purchasing your order.

Wear and tear of a garment is not considered a fault.

Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed
